About the programme
The Kingston Career Allies programme focuses on building confidence and capability in anyone who finds themselves holding career-related conversations. By formalising these foundations, we ensure every resident receives consistent, high-quality, empathetic guidance — no matter which door they walk through.
“By equipping our frontline staff with these specialised tools, we aren't just giving advice — we're building a stronger, more resilient community.”
Made possible by
Career Allies was made possible through the funding and support of Kingston Adult Education, the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames, Navigatr, the Greater London Authority, the South London Partnership, the Department for Work & Pensions, Working Well Trust, and many members of the Kingston Employment and Skills Partnership.
