Once you've finished the five training modules, you'll complete a short readiness assessment — self-assessment across all five competency areas, an integrated skills check, and a personal action plan. Pass it and you earn your CPD-certified Career Ally credential.

This credential certifies you can:

  • Recognise when to provide direct support vs. refer to qualified coaches
  • Maintain confidentiality, inclusive practice, and professional boundaries
  • Escalate safeguarding concerns appropriately
